Especially Jeanette, Michael Kennedy, Hana, Maria and Victoria Hatfield whom I know was aware of and directing all the positive decisions being made to have my case reduced and settled with the least possible amount of punishment. Rachel Reese should wear some red boots and a cape in court. I was sentenced to die in prison. After 20 years in there and $50,000 invested in 2 different post-conviction attorneys ,to no avail, I hired Rachel. A year later I was back home with my family and loved ones.She did what the others couldn’t or wouldn’t do. She’s the real deal.

Monica Da Silva and her her law group was excellent!,I highly recommend. Took the stress of going through the process of divorce off me all the unnecessary court proceedings. The firm communicated and kept me in the loop with my case so I was prepared as to what to expect day of my hearing. Mrs. Da Silva is very knowledgeable of the family law, but she is very compassionate and professional and I will use her again for any legal purposes. I highly recommend using this law firm! Mark and Jeanette were amazing the entire time from the very beginning of my indictment. They were communicative and kept me informed the entire time so nothing was a surprise. I received the best possible outcome for my case and Mark defended me to the fullest! I didn’t know how it was going to end I was 6 months pregnant and luckily there were no more public defenders so the judge assigned Mr. Obrien as my public defender. Mr. O’brien did above and beyond the call of his duties. When I went to court for my state case they told me that I had retained private council. I was quite shocked. Unbeknownst to me, Mr. O’brien had taken on my state case pro bono as a part of my defense and his kindness. He fought me as if his life depended on it. I walked away reinstated. Mr. O’brien and his team is so awesome they’re kind, caring and concerned about their clients needs. His assistant Jeanette, you can call her anytime of night or day and she’ll comfort you to assure you that Mr. O’brien has your best interest. In 2022 I got another case a little different but again he stepped right in. He assured me that he would once again take care of me. He told me he would always be my attorney until I fired him, but that definitely is not happening. He’s my attorney for a lifetime. I’ll tell anyone if you in the market for a good attorney when that you can rest at night and trust that he’ll take care of you then consider Mark J Obrien he’s definitely that guy.

You come to a lawyer scared and likely confused about what's going to happen next. How serious is this accusation and is there the possibility of being exonerated? Mark did an amazing job of calming our fears with facts and details and a plan of action. He was very honest about the areas of "concern" and the things he could do to paint things in a favorable light. He then thoroughly defended and protected us. He investigated the rules, identified the gray areas, and showed how we didn't have any intent to break them. He then came up with a plan of action to get the charges dropped with a way to maintain good favor with the authority in question. No one wants to be in this situation but Mark (and his ENTIRE staff) made it the most tolerable experience possible and eventually ensured the absolute best outcome imaginable.

Choosing this firm was the best decision Ive ever made. Vicoria and Jeannette were by myside and "hand held" me through the entire process. It was a very scary situation for me and they literally made me feel like family and let me know they had my back. They are the best!
