I consulted with many lawyers and was taken aback by the immediate response, concern, and communication provide by Mark O’Brien’s firm. Jeanette went above and beyond to assist me and my family; she offered genuine courtesy, assistance outside office hours, and provided the type of empathy and compassion rarely given in any business relationship. This firm is the firm you want for 2 distinct reasons: 1) Of course you want your absolute best day in court, and the skills and capabilities provided by Mr. O’Brien will outshine anyone of opposition in your case. 2) You and your case will be not be milled through standard procedures. Initial visits were productive. During process, wanted settlement agreement and took longer than expected. Finalization, they did good.

When I first met with Lynette, I was impressed by her concern and her knowledge. She helped me every step of the way, answered my questions quickly, and was always there for advice. Billing documents were sent promptly by email, so I always knew where I stood financially. The day of the hearing I was met by a wonderful young attorney, who walked me through everything, and even walked me to the parking deck!
