This is a fantastic law firm. The attorneys are top notch. Mr. O’Brien has great skills and tact in dealing with federal cases. He accomplishes great results in tough situations. Ms. Hatfield and Mr. Kennedy are fierce fighters for justice in a system that favors law enforcement over the defense. Thankfully, they are passionate about their pursuit of justice. I’ve personally seen these attorneys in action, and I respect their grit and persistence to keep pushing back against the system. The state has a team of prosecutors, dozens of law enforcement officers, and unlimited resources to arrest and convict the accused. Why would you risk fighting without an experienced team like O’Brien Hatfield Reese? They not only have great attorneys but an outstanding support staff too. My Husband had Ms.Reese as a lawyer but I never had any interaction with her I always went through Ms.Kiersten Richter which is Ms. Reese Assistant for the whole 2 1/2years before and after COVID shut down. When my brother first got arrested, my family and I had no idea where to turn. My brother was unable to reach us, and we didn’t know how to reach him in jail. We felt so helpless and were so worried. I immediately began calling several law firms in the Tampa Bay area but knew the moment that I spoke with Mark’s Legal Assistant, Jeanette, that I had found the right place. First, Jeanette assured me that Mark would check on my brother ASAP, and that’s exactly what Mark did. He immediately went to the jail and made sure that my brother was safe. Im from New York and was facing a 15 year mandatory sentence for Drug Trafficking and she got me out of the situation with no jail time. My freedom was literally at risk and she did a great job. Mark O'Brien and his team are what you want on your side if you're ever in need of a great criminal defense attorney. My partner found himself in the hot seat facing very serious federal charges not too long ago.
