Just know, the system is designed to be difficult, getting the help you need doesn’t just pop up after you get in an accident. Don’t go at it alone. Don’t talk to the other insurance company by yourself. They are not calling to help you. I feel like I got really lucky being able to work with Bill Gower and Paula Bland. They are an amazing 1-2 punch. Bill helped me take care of me, he was very easy to talk to and never made me feel stupid. Paula was who made sure everything moved forward and she ALWAYS responded. There is not one email or missed call that wasn’t returned. With how long the process is, it’s easy to think your process stopped. Those call back and email responses will protect you from your imagination.
