Joseph Alvarez & his firm represented me in a rear end collision. Thankfully I was not badly harmed, but it did take six months of my life. I have a collector car that the other side did not want to adequately compensate for. Joseph suggested that we take them to court (most attorneys are afraid to go to court, not Joseph) & we did. Needless to say they paid all my medical claims & finally agreed to a fair settlement on my classic car. Most attorney’s would have settled, not attorney Joseph. He’ll go that extra mile for you. And his staff, especially Paula, was like a tiger with a bone. The other side were really being jerks & dragging it out. Paula would have no part of it, she went after my money with a vengeance. It took nearly a year, but get yourself a firm like Alvarez & Gower who will fight for YOU!!!!. By the way, the other side is WELL KNOWN & they were complete ***holes!!!!! In my personal experience William Gower did not treat me with professionalism and/or respect in the way that I would have hoped an attorney would to a client. Hopefully others experience differently with him.

This has been the best experience that someone in my position could’ve asked for. Our case was unknowingly dismissed without reason by Morgan & Morgan; we were in a pretty bad place as medical bills have been accumulating. Erika found out what had happened to us, she looked through our case files and realized that negligence had taken place.
