BE WARNED - I would NOT recommend this lady to anyone. Rude and very unprofessional! She QUIT before the case was finalized. I was standing next to her former client, when she refused to honor the client"s request and she HUNG UP THE PHONE IN OUR FACES! Martha worked on my case. Shallow and unprofessional. I have no law education, however, the claim included unacceptable paragraphs I let her know. My comments have been ignored by my attorney and I discovered it on the trial.

Ms. Palma is the best attorney to have in your corner. I had a previous attorney prior to Ms. Palma and I was very worried to change in the middle of my divorce case but it was the BEST decision I ever made!   I remember getting off the phone during the first consultation and saying "She's the one, thats my new attorney". If you are looking for an attorney that will respond in a timely manner, is very organized, has compassion, great communication, provides updates on your case, knows the law, and is trustworthy, Ms. Palma is that lawyer! My divorce was not easy by a long shot because of my difficult ex but she knew exactly how to handle the case. Even though her cost may be higher than others, please understand she is worth every penny. "You get what you pay for." Not to mention, her amazing Paralegal Sarah! During my trial Sarah was able to assist Ms. Palma and provided all the necessary documentation on the spot in the heat of the divorce trial. Words truly cannot describe the gratitude I have towards Ms. Palma and her team. If I need any legal advice in the future, I would not hesitate in choosing Ms. Palma again. Coming from the heart, David Caveda absolutely deserves an award for everything he did for my children & I. My case was very strenuous and unpredictable as to what could be decided and he still accepted while being positive and reassuring along the way of my 1 1/2 year nasty divorce and relocation case. I was granted relocation and received mostly everything I needed! David and his team, specifically Pam, are very attentive and answer all questions needed to prepare everything very quickly. David is a very honest man and talks to you and cares for you like an actual person, not just a number. The hardest time of my life is over and in the year & 1/2 that I have known David and his team, I am glad that they are who I chose for my wild ride! It is finally over and I could just hug them all.
