I went through an unexpected situation when I was spending the day at the beach with my family in FL. I got stopped by police when I was lost and trying to set up my GPS close to the beach parking lot, because I didn't have good connectivity. I thought they were going to help me out, because I didn't commit any transit violiation. They asked me a couple of questions, and I answered each of them. I didn't imagine that I was going to end up dealing with a difficult situation. Mike and his staff worked very diligently with my case and I got a successful outcome.

Mike and his staff were very professional and worked hard to get me into the veterans court and got my DUI DISSMISSED!!!!! I am very thankful for their dedication and expertise in handling of my case and ultimately saved my career! I would hands down recomend Parks & Braxton.

Paid my lawyer 4500 dollars, and I never saw his face, he never showed up to any court cases and instead sent 2 different assistants every time without me even knowing. On top of that,i had to resend documents multiple times because they kept losing my paperwork for some strange reason. Completely unprofessional and I promise you can find better!

I had two DUI charges pending, along with Possession of Narcotics, plus leaving the scene of an accident. Mike did an awesome job of getting one DUI dropped and the other one reduced to Reckless Driving. He was able to get the felony charge of Possession of Narcotics thrown out.
