Parks and Braxton helped me through a difficult time with a dui charge. Not only were they able to get the charges reduced, they made it easier to get through it all. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to keep me up to date throughout. I highly recommend them!

Michael Braxton got my DUI reduced to a reckless. I had a bad case and he still managed to negotiate with the prosecutor and get me a good deal. I have nothing but good things to say about their law firm.

Best law firm ever !! I was looking at my first DUI ever . I got pulled over after hitting a sign and was given no roadside test. I refuse a breathalyzer . I was a nervous Being a military spouse from out of state stationed down there in the Tampa area .I was even given a generous military discount. My fears were soon put to ease after speaking with Mike and Leo . She’s a very sweet lady . They told me that bad things happen to good people . They guided me through out the entire court process with ease .I did not have to deal with any of the court dates or the stress of it I did not have to step 1 foot inside the courtroom . My DUI was dropped to a reckless driving after Mike Braxton found discrepancies in the police officer’s report versus the videos. Mail in probation fines and community service hours with early probation termination after a few months upon completing probation requirements . I find the firm to be A wonderful combination of extremely aggressive and Compassionate . They will fight for you !! I am one happy satisfied client. I highly recommend parks and Braxton. Mike and his team were phenomenal! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an attorney for a DUI case. They were very responsive whenever I had questions and very friendly. DUI was dropped and there was no conviction. I can’t thank them enough.

Mike and Leo have been such a help to me in this time! They not only helped me through my first case, (dui), but got my second case (dui) dropped to a wreckless. On my first they got the charge for no tags dropped. On my second case they got driving on a suspended dropped. Mike and Leo speak to you as if they've known you for years! I was arrested for a Misdemeanor DUI with Implied Consent. Through the firms efforts the charges were reduced to Reckless Driving.
