I was arrested for multiple DWIs with serious bodily injury two of my tickets were Felonise. I could possibly be looking at 10 years in prison I called Mike I had never met or heard of him before but I saw his reviews on the Internet. After talking with him for a few minutes I could tell he knew what he was doing and he was a shark and in this case a shark is exactly what I needed .his office staff Leo I could not think more at times that I would get nervous she would talk to me on the phone and by the time we were done with our conversation I was much more at ease !!! I was charged with a DUI/DWI with severe bodily injury. I was not drinking when I got into the accident, nor had taken any medication. I refused the tests when I arrived at the hospital because I had a massive concussion, and couldn't even remember who the POTUS was. No one contacted my emergency contact, they just started asking me questions. The police got very aggressive with me because of the refusal. They took my license, and said I was being charged, but not completely under arrest, and let me leave the hospital. I then spent 4 hours walking around Clearwater, Florida looking FOR MY CAR. I had no idea what had happened or where I was. I finally found a gas station, and had them call me a cab. I had blood all over my shirt, and running down my face. The hospital should of never let me leave in the state I was in. It took me over an hour to find my house considering they took my license and I couldn't remember my address. I was excused from work for a week because of my two black eyes and broken nose. I then found Parks and Braxton's website and made the call, they got to work immediately on my case. They found several errors and discrepancies in the police reports and the hospitals reports. Mike gave me his personal cell number, and was available day and night. We clicked very well, and assured me that this matter would be taken care of ASAP. They were a great asset to have at this time in need. I am a single father and had no idea of what rights I had as a father of a child out of wedlock. Sema helped explain all of my rights and the process that was involved in securing my paternal rights in the state of Florida. She made no promises and was very honest about the process. In the end I received 50/50 shared custody and did not have to pay child support. I received what was deemed in the best interest of my child, which was what I was seeking. I would have been well educated and may have saved myself a lot of grief. Hiring Parks and Braxton was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I was arrested for a DUI and they got my case dropped to a reckless driving with no conviction. After a nearly 80-hour work week I fell asleep at a stop light about 2 miles from my home. It was the early morning hours and I was awoken by an officer with the local PD. They are rude they lie promise the world staff rude to the max demand payments when all secured rhey make false statements lie cheat etc but when all paid off they do no better than public defender could do a public defender with no talent say one thing day before court then braxtin sends his partner to court he yells screams loud rude assumptive towards client play dumb to what one or other say then push hard to take worst deal ever the one easiest for them to avoid trial cause they have no skills at all got my mom a sade drver 65 years old the partner yelled at her pushed screamed rude scared her into taking worst plea ever while in court judge burnes had to scold braxtons partner for being lazy unmotivated wasting courts time over over on other cases they handled lawyer plays dumb to judge judge said they stall use illegal stall teqniques my mom got worst deal ever by being pushed scared lied to into taking first time plea on dui my mom had tons evidence on her side byfar worst attorneys ive seen ever do not recommend them to defend a kindergardner for a write up to pt Rincipal if u do use them ull be lied to threatened if move forward to trial

Lawyers are a dime dozen, But we all need one , when we are in TROUBLE , My story goes the night of aug.30.2017 of the Mcgeorer Mayweather fight. Iwas returning home , Driving in rainy conditions , I was pulled over by Pinellas county sheriff department. He stated I was driving recklessly in the rain , after the officer checked my license, he came back to my car ask me to step out of the car that he smelled alcohol or suspected I was under the influence then the officer had me to do a Field Sobriety Test , Then the officer felt there was enough evidence to arrest me , before booking me at the Pinellas County jail , I was ask to do a blow for a sobriety test 1st i was under 2nd I was just over , so I was charged with a dui and spent a night in jai , I contacted a lawyer Michael Braxton @ Park & Braxton, Spoke to him about my issue and felt I was not guilty, Mr.Braxton went to work , He told me how to get my hardship license so I could still work and provide for my family , Which was a blessing , Mr. Braxton and his office kept me informed of all court dates and any information that helped my case, 8 months seem long but on May/10/2018 , Mr.Braxton , was able to get the dui , dropped to a Reckless driving I am 30 years old with a family this was truly a experience, but we are very grateful and highly recommended Mr.Braxton (Michael) should you or a family member needs a lawyer.....
