July 4th 2017 I was pulled over and charged w/ DUI, after spending approx. 17 hours in Pasco county jail, I started researching DUI Lawyers in the greater Tampa area. I was on my way home and I was hit nearly head on by another driver. The driver hit me and drove away! I was picked up by ambulance, taken to the hospital and my car was towed as it was undrivable because the airbags had gone off. At the hospital, blood was withdrawn by request of city police officer. The blood test resulted in a 0.24. Six weeks after the accident, I received by certified mail a citation for a DUI! I immediately called Michael Braxton and he advised me of what I needed to do. When I contacted his office, I always received a human answering the phone. Leo, his Legal Assistant, answered my questions and kept me in the know. After months awaiting to go to court, Mike gave me a call telling me the case had been dismissed!! I'm elated of the results and grateful at how empathic his staff were. The city police never located the driver that hit me.

I was nervous to hire an attorney as I thought my case was beyond hope. Michael Braxton was able to get my 2nd refusal thrown out, my DUI reduced to a citation, my marijuana charged withheld and kept my court costs to a minimum. Very awesome lawyers. Contacted them after the 10 days(like a month after the 10 days) at like 2am thru their website and i still got a email as well as a phone call at 2am saying they had received my email and just touching base and will call next day during normal day hours to talk about my case.
