Getting charged with a DUI is a scary process. I contacted Parks and Braxton the day after being released. Although it was Christmas, Mike called me back that night. Mike worked with me through getting my driver's license back. He also explained the process and named the prosecutors and judges, proving his experience with the key players of the Hillsborough County court system. This means a lot and opens the doors to negotiations. I always held that I was not over the limit at the stop and that the officer would arrest me regardless of the field sobriety tests. Thankfully, Mike agreed and worked hard to get my charges reduced.
