Had a family member who was arrested for DUI over a weekend right before a move out of state and not knowing where to turn to while in a serious panicked crunch for time and never having to deal with something like this before, I called Parks and Braxton based on their reviews and many years of experience in the DUI field which I felt were important. Surprisingly Mike Braxton answered my nervous call on a Sunday and was very reassuring and explained to us what to expect and agreed to terms. To say that the whole experience was a breeze would be very incorrect, but what I thought was the absolute worst case scenario with all the overwhelming evidence with failed roadsides and failed breathalyzer, was turned around after a year of negotiations with the state and the DUI dropped to a Reckless! We are all breathing a very heavy sigh of relief. Hopefully this situation never happens again, but if the same situation happens to any of my friends or other family members, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to refer them to this firm.

The whole team at Parks & Braxton go above and beyond. Andrew handled my initial call and made sure i knew everything that was going to happen in the future. From there Mike was my point of contact and made sure i understood everything that was happening. They were able to get my DUI dropped to reckless driving and no criminal charges which was music to my ears. DUI dropped with ease. Communication from him and staff is A1. Never was missing in action. Payment plan and fair pricing. Hope I don’t need him for this again but we can just call him my personal Lawyer as long as it’s within his area of practice. Michael stay blessed.

Mike got my dad Dui dropped to a reckless driving in no time. He was very informative on the process even helped him get his hardship license quick and easy. We felt confident with him by our side representing us in court. He was also very specific how he was going to help us and anything I didn’t understand his team and everyone would be so nice and help my dad through it all even with my dad not speaking great English, they were very patient and understanding and YES we are very happy with the plea we got. Hands down I cannot express enough, that if you get in a DUI bind- this is the firm you want! From the moment I called, Mike answered- listened- reassured me and was somehow able to ease my mind (not an easy task!) immediately had me on with Janette and Leo who I can't thank enough for their knowledge, support- Leo works at lightening speed, had my license back in no time- and gives it to you straight and tells you what to and not to do. This was my 2nd, I hold a professional license, and I blew twice ( not pretty numbers either.) If it weren’t for Mikes knowledge, go get ‘‘em attitude, digging to find that loophole I truly didn’t think I had a prayer, until he called me and said- “ it’s done.. you’re good.” I thought I was being punked. Nope- case dismissed. Within 4 months! I never stepped foot in the courtroom! I can never thank him, Leo and the rest of the team enough. You guys Rock! Not than anyone wants to be in the shoes to retain an attorney for these types of charges- if you are— CALL THEM. They have your back. A++++

Terrible service ! I got hit with the same consequences I would’ve gotten if I didn’t hire a lawyer. After my case ended in court I called their office several times to get a hardship letter for a vehicle immobilization I was ordered to do, I was told I would get a call back and never did. On top of that they were one of the most expensive attorneys around. Save your money hire someone else

Mike was unbelievable, I was very unsure of this entire process and very nervous. But during the entire thing Mike was able to keep me updated and made me feel 100% better with the every question i had. If anyone has any problems with a dui i would recommend Parks and Braxton 100%, Worth every penny! He got my DUI dropped to a reckless driving.
