Just wanted to thank the office for their continued persistence and effort in my case. When there seemed to be a quick end, the firm found a way to fight and deliver the maximum amount. Thank you for the diligent work and their professionalism throughout -- I'll definitely keep the firm in mind for any future cases for either myself or someone I know.

I was suggested Mr.Maddox for a auto accident. He and his staff were very attentive and kept an open line of communication. I had absolutely no problem getting a hold of anyone in the office and they were always able to answer my questions.

I had a really bad experience with this firm. I called and spoke to someone several weeks ago (I believe it was Adam?) and explained my situation. The person that I spoke with sounded extremely uninterested in the tragic loss of my father and potentially helping with my case. He said he would speak with someone else in the office and get back to me. I never heard back. No empathy or consideration was shown and I was deeply disappointed as I was referred to reach out to this firm by another firm in town.
