Words can not describe my gratitude for Michael Maddux. I was charged with a DUI. Mr Maddux and his team was very transparent, hands on to where he dissected my case and determined the traffic stop was an illegal traffic stop. Mr Maddux was able to gather evidence, to the T, he went above an beyond to travel with me in my car to record and display in court the terrible road conditions where the officer pulled me over for apparently swaddling in my lane. He displayed his expertise in court where he was able to display conflicting information on the police report and the officers testimony. My case got closed!! I want to emphasize the fact that Mr Maddux is one of the most calm, however very knowledgeable individuals I have ever encountered. When I met Michael during our initial consultation I was a mess. I was extremely concerned since I am professional woman who was facing these charges/allegations. Mr Maddux expressed to me all possible outcomes however his calm demeanor and feedback took away my anxiety. I gave him my trust and he followed through. Here we are with a success story. I was going to leave this alone until I was sent a message asking to review their services. I would not recommend this law office at all. I paid a $300 review fee, and the lawyer who handled the “review” only looked at one video. When I asked if he looked at any of the other evidence I sent, they told me no. When I asked if they read the witness reports, they told me no. I paid this law firm $300 to review everything I sent them, not one video that barely showed anything. Very unprofessional, and they’re lucky I’m not disputing the charges. Definitely did not get what I paid for. If they had gone through everything I wouldn’t be upset, but they didn’t.

First of all I want to say thank you to Michael and his team for doing a great job in such a short amount of time with so little to work with we managed to still score. Not what we were looking for but a win is a win . Just passed a year since the horrible incident I happen to be involved in with the police department. I am glad it is all over and in the past. I’m glad I hired Michael and his team if you need someone to keep it REAL with you this is your guy!!!
