I did my research on Jack and his ability to fight for your injuries. My paralegal was Betty. He stated that he did the best that he could for my case and he explained a lot of injuries that happened over 30 years ago that he claimed would hurt my settlement if he took it to court. I don't believe that something that was 30 years ago and I have healed from because of surgery and therapy back then should have affected the outcome of this case. I put my faith in him and basically my life. Because now I have had a significant injury and had surgery. I am expected to have another surgery or two and my case is settled. So if the records were given to him immediately after each time I sent them myself and he was up to date on the medical issues, I believe that he would have not settled on my case with only half of the medical information that was given to him. I will say that he has a huge heart and he did what he believed was sufficient for settlement of my case. I truly believe had there been more organization with my medical records and that a phone call to my amazing surgeon Dr. Alexander, who was willing to testify, It would have been a different outcome on my settlement. But I do thank Jack for his generosity in the end of this case

Jack Bernstein and his associates really care about their clients. My initial lawyer was Tim S. and my case manager was Bobbi. Bobbi made sure I understood EVERYTHING that was going on no matter how long it took or how many times she had to repeat it. She listened to me vent and always had something encouraging to say. Tim was wonderful as well. He believes in God and isn't afraid to tell you. He also prayed with me during the time my son had to have surgery. He made sure I understood the process and my options. My case is still active but my son's is finished.The best thing about this law firm is that YOU, the client, are what's important and they have your back from start to finish. I will definitely come back with an updated review after my case closes.
