Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this law firm! When I first had my incident at a well known department store, I knew something wasn't right with my back since I was in constant pain. I started to call around to attorneys and no one seemed to take the time off day to call me back. Jack Bernstein did so himself!!! Honestly, I have never seen that happen before where an attorney doesn't ask his paralegal to do his admin work. The process started effortlessly. He had his team come to MY home at MY requested time to take my statement and evidence. WHO DOES THAT!!??? That is premier service at its finest! Your time is most valued by this firm. Then I got assigned to my case manager Kelly! Honestly, she was phenomenal! I didn't have to question her about what was to come next because she was extremely thorough every step of the way. She understood all of my concerns and tailor my case to meet my needs. If you are in need of a liability attorney and you want someone who would actually listen to you, search no more.
