This was my first time ever dealing with something like this and I was nervous. But Kelly Eldridge was there from the beginning alllllllll the way to the end. Everyone was very professional and anytime Kelly found something new or following next steps to be taken she communicated with me at an instance. I never felt left in the clouds and they provided me with resources to help with my injuries and the whole process was completed in a very timely manner.
