I heard what Jack Bernstein's office did to my friend Christopher lee I'm shocked that they would do that to such a nice guy, I only hope they don't do this to someone else and leave them in a horrible situation like that so disappointing ..😢

I have such confidence in this firm that I'll choose it over any other if I have another accident. I had Angelica as my case manager and she had to put up with a lot from me yet, she was so understanding of what I was going through. She was patient with me when I had to babble on about unrelated things and having to go over the same subject time and time again. I kept forgetting the things she had told me from the previous call and she'd have to go over it again with me. but she assured me that it was ok. She was such a blessing to me. I felt as if she really understood me and what I was going through. We played phone tag a lot but she kept trying till she got a hold of me. Some of this was during the Covid 19 pandemic when everyone was freaking out. But she kept her cool. I'm ADD, Bi-polar, old and hearing deficient. I think she deserves a raise for putting up with me! lol. Jack REALLY DOES have your back!

I hired the Jack Bernstein office to handle my auto injury case and I'm so glad I did. I never had the need to hire someone to represent me and I was definitely anxious to say the least. I didn't know what to expect or if the insurance company was even going to compensate me properly for my injury. They completely blew me away. When the insurance company low balled hard, they urged me to let them push and assured me they could get more. They delivered! They got me much more than I was expecting! Everytime their office would call and I heard Alyssa (the girl who kept me informed) on the other side, I knew I'd be dealing with a personable kind of professionalism. I am beyond satisfied with all of their work. I highly recommend them if you need a good attorney that will actually work for you.

I would like to Thank Alyssa Santana and the team at Jack Berstein's law firm for settling my car accident case. Alyssa fought hard for me with the insurance companies to get a decent settlement and the medical doctors offices to lower the medical bill charges. And the case was settled pretty quick in 9 months. Now I can continue healing from my injuries not worrying about missing work if I'm in pain that I can't pay my bills. Alyssa and Jack had my back!!
