Very poor communication from their case manger Alyssa Santana. I called multiple times and left messages and she would never return my calls. Every time I called she made it seem like it was a inconvenience. She would never update me on my case either... Overall the worst experience ever. In the end for them to just drop my case. Total waste of time and are just looking for easy cases.. God forbid they have to actually put in work. Now left with medical bills, missed time off work, and no help

I am just a regular everyday person and have never been in an automobile accident until I was rear ended at a signal light approximately one year ago.
