First and foremost, I thank the good lord without fail for my undeserving blessings. This law firm to which came to me via sincere prayers after having to dismiss another law firm to which I'll keep nameless and most certainly in my prayers for their disheartening and deceptive practices, is most certainly for me, a true blessing. There professionalism, guidance and understanding amongst many other blessed qualities, was and are beyond phenomenal. While it's most certainly a team effort, my case manager, [ Ms. Jalle ] was truly a blessing sent from above. Because of the unforeseen circumstances and everything else that followed, I unfortunately, in the beginning, despite my unwaivering faith in our Heavenly Father, was a hot mess to which with the greatest of ease, she was able to bless me via her unwavering professionalisn, compassion and understanding, the comfort and balance needed despite me being a little difficult at times.
