Wasn't happy at all. I can post this now that I'm done with them. I wrote my original post while the secretary stood over my shoulder and watched me, so I felt obligated to make it good. I didn't get the representation I paid for in the end. Lesson learned and I'll never even recommend them in the future. Ever.

It was so great to have Marlene fighting by my husband's side on his behalf. She has fought like crazy to get his medical bills lowered dramastically to allow us to have some money to start to rebuild our life after this life altering accident. Thank you for everything Marlene and the rest of the Jack Bernstein staff.
