EXTREMELY RESPOSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL.

They acted like they did not want to take your case unless it was an easy case to take, they didn't even try to hear more details of the case that I was presenting to them. My 74-year old girlfriendfell from a chair with wheels that rolled out from underneath herand because the doctor said they couldn't find anything and suggested she go to another doctor a specialty doctor they did not want to take the case,even I can tell you that the wheel should have locks on them on those chairsno matter who sits in them the doctor's or the patience in the office in the back. When you're 70 for you're not with it like if you were 20.

Called and got hung up twice only to be told they weren't interested.
