Very professional and a very nice person david will work with you and feel your pain, a very good listener . I came to him for advice with a difficult situation that involves abuse ,children and complicated situations and he was just to the point and very informative when it comes to the laws in florida I recommend him 100% . We We’re able to retain Mr Hurvitz, esq. and his firm to represent us in an ongoing family(paternity) case. From the moment I called the office to schedule a consult I was greeted with the utmost respect and professionalism. I was told that I would have a call returned. It was A Friday afternoon when I made my initial call. I was prepared to hear back come To he beginning of the following week, after the weekend. Well not only did I get a call back in a timely manner, I also revived a text later that evening from Mr Hurtvitz himself, expressing concern in our case and giving me permission to call at any time afterward. We spoke Sunday after church and today it is Friday and he is already getting mediation scheduled. He deserves a 10 star! He has truly been nothing but helpful and responsive throughout my case( that is still going on) he has gone above and beyond since day one coming into a case that he had no idea and had to catch up with every detail. I was referred the office of Attorney David Hurvitz by the florida bar to help me out with my ex landlord, he was ignoring my phone calls and my texts with me asking him for my security deposit.. Attorney Hurvitz responded quickly after I left him a message. He did all that he said he would do and so much more.. This is the best lawyer I ever had he really cares about his clients, Mr Hurtvitz was my 3rd lawyer in a on going custody battle that left me broke and depressed, he appealed my case, he had the courts correct my child support, and he put up a fight like no other lawyer. Thanks to Mr Hurtvitz I have a relationship with my son and I have a fair custody agreement I refer this lawyer to anybody and he has great reasonable prices, he worked with me and I’m thankful and blessed to have him as my lawyer.
