Unfortunately almost a year ago I was surprised with a request for a divorce from my husband. I had no idea how the whole divorce process worked. At my initial meeting, I felt like things were very overwhelming, but Brad MacDonald with Anton Garcia Law, was absolutely the best. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and upfront with how things would go and the costs associated. Being able to see the big picture helped to guide my decisions and focus on the future and not the ugliness of what was happening in the moment. He was in constant communication with me about my case and if I ever had a question responded in a timely manner. He knew my kids were my priority and tailored my case around that. I never felt like I was just a client, I feel he took a personal interest in my case and even though he may have had to tell me things I didn’t want to hear or particularly like, he was always honest with me. He never sugarcoated anything and put up with my endless questions with grace and patience. I never felt like I was a pain! I have heard that the divorce process can take a very long time, Brad knew that time of was the essence for me and at one point when I was very concerned about my children, Brad pushed for a mediation to address some pressing issues. When the opposing counsel would not return an email or phone call, Brad was tenacious and did everything in his power to get things moving. Even though I did not have many direct dealings with Christina, the few times I did, she was professional and put my mind at ease. Tina in the office also was quick with answers to my questions and always pleasant to correspond with. I was put even more at ease when the two different mediators I had spoke so highly about the Law firm of Anton Garcia. One even referred to them as a “class act “. All this to say, that 10 months after the process started it has finished and my children are happy and settled and I am very pleased with the outcome! I would highly recommend this law firm for your family law needs.

Anton Garcia Law did an amazing job representing me during a very difficult and messy divorce. Brad McDonald is who represented me and I couldn’t of had a better lawyer. Brad always took my calls on his cell phone even during non business hours, he always had my best interests in mind, and always tried to be price conscientious of my money. Even after I thought I was done with them and my divorce was final, a year later I’m being dragged back to court by my ex. I picked up the phone and it was like we had still been doing business together. They knew all about me and my case and we won the next court date. I am glad to say that my Lawyer Brad has become a friend, glad to have meet him, glad I was represented by Anton Garcia. Megan was absolutely delightful and even though she was the one calling me for more money, I still loved dealing with her. 😂. During the darkest of times, someone of high regard referred me to Christina. If not, divorce may have been the death of me. Matt Wilson and Christina Garcia are incredibly professional, intelligent, and knowledgeable. I can't count the number of times Matt was able to put me at ease. He was able to fight off false allegations of parental alienation against me, while at the same time exposing the disturbing reality of the situation. He is a hero both to me, and to my child (whom he has never even met, but was always caring and courteous enough to inquire regularly of her well-being). He knew exactly how to handle this complicated case at each and every turn. From skilled deposition questioning techniques, to advice in navigating the system with a GAL and a court ordered counselor in tow, to a systematic, patient unveiling of "gray-area" abuse that finally saw the light with indisputable, hard, red-handed evidence, I couldn't have asked for a better guide and swordsman. I will never be able to thank Matt, Christina, and Meghan enough for giving my child what remains of her childhood back to her.

Christina is my 3rd lawyer in this process. I should have gone to her FIRST!! Her firm picked up my case (which she all but considered a losing case given the circumstances) and, with some help from the other side, have turned our situation COMPLETELY around! I am getting my daughter back 100% at least on a temporary basis but this, in my opinion, bodes extremely well for my daughters' future. Her partners/coworkers (not sure how to title that) have been a mighty hammer at our greatest time of need. Referencing case law as though they SLEEP on their books, my daughter is coming home today!!
