Highly recommend Alicia Seward LAW Office!! When confronted with an unfair civil suit, she and her investigator, Bryan were able to get the Plantiff to pull the suit, and settle in our favor under threat of counter-suit. This has now gone away, and we don't have to worry about it any longer. Thank you for staying at our side!

She came to the appointment late. Did not even reviewed the documents provided. Read documents during the meeting and was not sure how to interpret the contract. Would not recommend the attorney to anybody

Good old bait and switch kinda group. They Definitely don’t fight for their clients and just want your money. They will get you the bare minimum and they are never prepared for your scheduled calls so the 15 minutes you have, is more like 6 minutes. Won’t be using again.

I was injured in an auto accident and found Dale Appell. So glad I did. My case went into the pandemic but he still made things happen. I approached Seward Law Office with my problem which was that my AC had been broken for 6 months and the land lord would not fix it. I sued and won my case. A summary of my story: I lived in North St Petersburg Florida in an apartment complex at the end of 4th street near the bridge for 6 years and for that I had to suffer the last 6 month's with my AC going up and down and eventually dyeing completely in the last 3 month's of that time. No AC in the middle of summer 2021 in Florida was not sustainable. I sent emergency request to the contact number provided from the land lord for someone to come and fix my AC. I texted and called the emergency line for month's and no one answered the call. A month after I had placed my last call I got a response that they would be by that day. That was in Sept 2021, they finally showed up at the end of OCT and still didn't fix my AC. When I went to officially sign my intent to vacate notice It was 80 degrees in my house when my AC was set to 72 (see image below). I paid my rent on time every month without fail even though they would not fix my AC. It was clear to me they had no intention to hold up to their end of the lease agreement. I was not able to live in my home for 6 month's while still paying my rent on time. My property was damaged from mold and mildew build up in my apartment because of the broken AC and they refused to give me my money back. Thanks to Seward Law office that all changed. Seward Law office has professional and knowledgeable attorneys who listen's then acts on your behalf firmly applying the law. I was impressed. They didn't over promise and used a measured approach every step of the way. I highly recommend Seward Law office for Real Estate litigation. Thank you to the entire staff. PS. I now own a home :-)
