I have been working with Seward Law Office for the past 3 years. As a HOA Board President, I can say that Attorney Seward has helped our community immensly. Her knowledge and understanding of our governing documents has helped us to make good, solid decisions in our community. She is quick to respond to emails and/or phone calls. She has represented our community, in court, on several occasions and we were always well represented. There was never any worry for the Board. I highly recommend Attorney Seward.

Not Professional and Not Responsive.

Ms Seward and her staff were very professional during all of my interactions with them. After my consultation I felt confident that I would move forward with Ms. Seward. She carefully listened to my issue and put a plan together for a demand letter to my HOA. After the letter was sent and they responded she took the time to meet with me again and advise me of my options. She answered all of my questions and that led to a positive outcome. I highly recommend Ms Seward and her law team!!!

AWESOME Great and prompt response from Alicia Seward and her assistant, Sabrina from the first call I made to her office. I found Alicia very professional, and knowledgeable from the beginning of hearing and discussing the situation and the concerns of the legality of the transaction I consulted her about. She made a couple of phone calls to check on my concerns and was able to confirm that the transaction I was concerned about would be completed properly and legally. I found her very warm and caring and would recommend her to anyone in need of a very honest and wonderful attorney.

My adult nephew has special needs and started neglecting to pay the mortgage on his home. The bank foreclosed on the property. I tried to fight the bank on my own and later realized this was a HUGE mistake. Saddened and overwhelmed with it all, I decided to consult with Seward Law. From the initial call to her office, I could tell I made the right decision. Her staff was very professional but most importantly empathetic. Alicia was able to undo A LOT of the mistakes I made while trying to handle the foreclosure on my own and reverse the entire situation. We won!!!! My nephew is back into his home thanks to Seward Law!! We will forever be grateful. I gave this review 5 stars, but I WISH I could give it 10!!!

Seward Law Office has been great and I am glad I selected this firm! This is my third time using Alicia and each project she worked on for me has been such a smooth experience and executed properly on the first draft (which saved time and money). She's reviewed a complex lease agreement, prepared demand letters, and handled a unique legal matter for our company. I recommend Seward Law Office to friends/colleagues and will definitely be using her again in the future should the need arise.
