I just wanted to say a few words about Seward Law Office and the staff. I fell behind on my rent. Completely my own fault. The office where i live said to me...you too late .. there is nothing you can do.. You are being evicted. I was stressed more than i have ever been in my life. I found Seward Law office on google and contacted them. With their help I was able to postpone the eviction.. gather the back rent i owed and paid it in full. The staff was incredibly nice. If you need the kind of help like i did.. please call them and talk to them. Without their help i would have lost my home. Good luck to anyone who is in the position that i was in.. and thank you from the bottom.. top.. sides.. back and front of my heart..Thank you Seward Law!!!

Dale handled my auto accident. He and his staff did in and out standing and professional job. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney if they're involved in an auto accident to make sure their medical needs are taken care of.

Alicia is the worst and most incompetent lawyer I have ever met. Not only did she show up to our mediation completely unprepared without knowing anything we had told her, she made promises to file an amendment to push the court date and never did, and then never communicated with us about it and we missed our hearing. Naturally, we were upset, so instead of fixing it, so she withdrew from the case. If you want to waste your time and money with a completely inexperienced lawyer, hire Alicia. If I could 0 stars, I would.

Attorney Seward was patient and detailed-I highly recommend her to all.

He handled my four car collision (not my fault) swimmingly. Even though my car was the least damaged, he treated me like I was the most damaged and worked hard to get me a settlement. Either Tina or himself called me and checked up with me if I had any questions or concerns. Would use him again if I needed to.

I was involved in an auto accident with our first child (6 months old). I was hit head on by a stolen rental car full of teenage boys. After consulting with many other law firms and none of them could/would take the case, as finding coverage would be to difficult. Mr. Appell assisted me with a MVA injury in 2001-2002. They even came my home as I was unable to drive. I have since referred to and called on him for advice many times. Great practice!

I am now using Dale for the second time. The first time was the first time I had ever hired an attorney. He talked to me for two hours on the phone the first time I talked to him. Once I hired him he continued to be a wonderful, helpful, extremely intelligent professional. His assistant Tina is just as culpable as Dale and makes you feel like your there only client.

Without Dale and his team, I would be left holding the bag for initial medical bills that even my own auto insurance refused to pay; and the accident wasn't even my fault! Dale was referred to me by another attorney that I am familiar with and I'm so glad he did! Turned out to be a "win-win" for everybody and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Dale Appell for any personal injury/vehicle accident case; they are WONDERFUL!
