I was rear ended at a red light on Little Rd. in New Port Richey. I have seen several personal injury attorney ads and was not sure which one I should call to see if I had a case. I settled on Dennis Hernandez and it was the right choice. Very professional staff who took all of the stress off of me and put it on their shoulders. Extremely pleased with the results and I would recommend him highly.

The lawyer I wanted to go after the guy who hit us needs to be a warrior. He needs to be aggressive and fight for my rights. Dennis Hernandez didn't take any crap from anyone. He shot straight with the details, he was aggressive, and when discussing the case, you could tell he knows the law books backwards and forwards. I know nothing about law, but I do know having a lawyer that pushed through all the red tape like a wrecking ball made my case go faster, with less BS and less delays.
