Mark was very attentive to my case from start to finish. It was never hard to get ahold of him if i needed anything and he always returned calls or emails promptly. It was a pleasure to work with him and his staff. I would highly recommend him.

I always felt that my needs were met and that the firm was invested in me and my case. They were easily accessible, always got back to me same day, and got the results that I wanted. Attorney Mark Baseman, his associates, and his staff were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Mark and his entire team made a very difficult situation much easier to deal with. He is definitely someone you want on your side. I highly recommend him and his firm.

I had a nightmare of case and Mark helped me get what I consider the best possible outcome. My wife got addicted to opiates and we have a child together. Mark helped me set up safeguards to keep my child safe and give me the authority I needed to deal with a person with substance abuse issues. Addiction has its own set of problems and nuisances and I was fearful of working with someone who was not versed in the issues of addiction. Mark was outstanding and helped me structure an agreement to where I can keep my daughter safe, but also keep her mom involved as long as she is clean and sober. He kept everything moving along when the other side drug their feet, was honest and extremely responsive. I would know of developments in our case immediately where as my wife wouldn't hear from her attorney for days. I highly suggest Mark he will remain my attorney if I ever need one again.

The divorce process can be a stressful one but Mark put my mind at ease by taking the time to explain everything to me. He's extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I cannot recommend Mark enough.

Mark successfully navigated me through an alimony modification case which went to trial despite our reasonable attempts for a settlement. The judge ruled in our favor thanks to Mark's clear stating of the facts and his knowledge of Florida Family Law. His cross-examination of witnesses was direct and revealing. He is thorough in his explanations and provided excellent advice throughout the process. Mark is energetic, personable and easy to work with.

This is a very similar review to the one above mine. I originally hired Ben Older but had the pleasure of working with Mark quite a bit. In fact, he was my primary point of contact most of the time. He did a great job for me and I'm very disappointed to see him leave the firm. He's a great attorney and I knew it was a matter of time before he branched off on his own. I'm sure he'll be successful with his new practice. My only gripe is that he before my case fully resolved. I hate to see him go but would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a family law attorney.

I originally retained Ben Older, the firms senior partner. But because Ben is so busy, and Mark is so good and extremely competent, Mark did a lot of work on my case. Whatever Mark did for me , I was very pleased with. There was no let down compared to Ben. I thought I was getting the best of two worlds with two highly skilled attorneys handling my case. And the outcome reflected their combined expertise. I was as happy with Mark as I was with the senior partner Ben. I am sure it will be a short time before Mark is a partner in their prestigious firm. I couldnt be happier with either one and highly recommend them both!
