I found myself in trouble multiple times and each time i have called on Mr Escobar. I first off wanna thank God for allowing me to be able to run across such a great lawyer, not only did he work very hard to produce positive results for me, he also cared about my lifestyle and how it was important to him for me to get myself together. Most lawyers are all about the money but i assure you mr escobar is not only a great lawyer but a great person in general. Again i wanna thank God and thank mr escobar for all he is done..

Having been in a very serious situation, I am glad to know looking back that the decision for Rick Escobar to handle my case was one of the best decisions that could have been made! Right from the beginning I was told what will be happening and how the process works. Never being in a situation like this before, my nerves were put to ease. I was guaranteed no promises but hard work and tackling this case the best way it should be handled. Throughout the time I was always aware of every step that was being made. First and foremost I must give honor and praises to God the Father almighty !! I was referred to Escobar and Associates by another attorney that decided that he was not the right man for the job at hand. My justice and liberty was placed in the hands of a phenomenal attorney by the name of Dino Michaels. Attorney Michaels presented himself as a confident yet a very humbling man. My experience with the Pinellas justice system was a very unpleasant one given the fact that I was arrested and charge with grand theft although there was no investigation nor any evidence to pursue the case in the first place. However the alleged victim took it upon herself to ABUSE her power and position as the judges secretary and her husband as well as a detective with the SPPD. Together they convinced the State to wrongfully pursue a criminal case against me in an attempt to collect some money for a stove and refrigerator that they wrongfully accused me of taking from them. It was a nightmare for nearly two years. Fortunately for me Attorney Michaels was very knowledgeable about the law and the facts. He is rightfully very well respected among his peers as well as in his field. Attorney Michaels was always professional yet he made me feel like I was very much at home and in good hands every time we met with each other. My case ended up going to trial and it was during that time that I knew that I would prevail because I had the best man for the job and I must say that Attorney Michaels did a commendable job representing me in trial. He was so smooth in trial he used the State's prop board (for their closing argument) against them during our closing remarks.. The verdict came back not guilty in less than 20 minutes..... As I was sitting in jail, I was a man convinced that I would stay there the rest of my life. I had multiple charges including drug trafficking, possession with intent to sell and felon in possession of a firearm. I had overwhelming evidence against me. My name is Anthony X. Coleman and I have needed the representation of Richard Escobar & Associates on two separate occasions. Recently I was shockingly arrested for Failure to Return Rental Property from a local Rent A Center who claimed that I failed to return a Children's Bunk Bed and Computer Monitor which is a Third Degree Felony.
