Being in 2021 I have never in my mind thought discrimination was still an employment issue until unfortunately It happened to me. Being mother of 2 and having another child on the way was a truth blessing with dreams come true until I was wrongfully discriminated (pregnancy) by the company I work my self off too for over 6 years. I was blessed without words to be able to have come up on lawyer Lee and without hesitation he took my case and were able to settle sooner than expected. In December of 2019 I hired the services of Kyle to represent me in a case involving a Government Agency. When I presented my case to him, Kyle quickly informed me that my rights had been violated and he took it upon himself to file a complaint with the EEOC. From the beginning, I informed Kyle about the situation that I discovered and that because of it I ended up being unfairly terminated. Kyle let the case run for several years, informing me that he was a strong one, as I am a veteran with disabilities that are protected by the ADA act. After some time, Kyle informed me that he would file an amendment to the original discrimination lawsuit to add a stronger and more important factor involving the misuse of public funds. For this matter, Kyle asked me to give him evidence. I was able to get affidavits from witnesses that Kyle said would be used at trial. When the time came for the deposition, I noticed that something was wrong since the first deposition was not properly scheduled, supposedly due to the other party's mistake. Sometime after the deposition and after multiple depositions of people who lied under oath, Kyle changed his mind regarding my case and informed me that the government entity did comply with providing me with the requested reasonable accommodation services and that I had to drop the case voluntarily before I was accused of filing a case without arguments and had to pay. Several weeks have passed since the lawyer decided to drop the case and he has never contacted me to explain the details and implications of having closed the case in this way. The lawyer never used the evidence that I gave him, nor the affidavits that I obtained. He also did not submit any amendment and on top of that he forced me to close the case warning me that if I did not do so I would have to incur the fees of the defendant. Without my consent, the lawyer added an aggravating circumstance to the case at the time of closing it to prevent me from getting another lawyer and continuing with the case. If you want to avoid the loss of several years with a lawyer without ethics or professionalism, do not request his services.
