Mr. Salem was outstanding as our immigration attorney. My husband moved to the U.S. from Jordan and we knew there would be quite and uphill battle to get his green card. Mr. Salem was very thorough in explaining the process to me, helped me complete the appropriate paperwork, kept me informed by following-up on any new and relevant information I needed regarding my family member's case, and was always available to answer any questions. All the while, I felt like I had the guidance of a friend and someone who sincerely cared about reuniting my family and I. The best attorney for the most difficult immigration case I am very pleased to write this review regarding my successful experience having Mr. Ashraf Salem as my attorney for an immigration case I had. Me and my family had just relocated to Tampa, and I was in need of an attorney for removal proceedings against me by the USCIS. After an extensive online research and reading reviews about several lawyers, I decided to reach out to Ashraf with my case. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. From the very first time we met in his office, and after hearing my side of the case, Ashraf was always forthright about the difficulty of the case. He was extremely patient and professional describing to me and my husband what needed to be done to try to transfer the case to Tampa, what the subsequent steps would be, and what the government lawyers or prosecutors would likely be doing preparing for the case. In the course of our discussions, Ashraf was realistic and never gave any false hope. He made it clear that the chances of winning the removal proceedings based on charges of marriage fraud, with the government having such strong lines of evidence against me, were pretty slim. Yet, he was confident and willing to go the distance. He laid out his defense strategy, and discussed with us what we needed to do. He treated us with a lot of respect and was never condescending. That attitude made us very comfortable to share our thoughts and feel that he was always looking out for us. Mr. Ashraf Salem was flexible with my schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. My traffic ticket was well over $200. I was not able to make it to my hearing and asked Mr. Salem to plea for me at the hearing and managed to drop the initial fine plus court costs down to $100. Plus, no points were placed on my license and traffic school was not necessary. Ashraf certainly over delivered on what I hired him to do.
