A federal EEO action is a long, frustrating path, most people give up because it’s practically too hard. Hoyer Law Group, specifically Mr. Ognibene, listened to my story, gave an honest assessment of my case(s), set realistic expectations, communicated often, provided sound counsel thru the (multiple) EEOC processes, negotiated a settlement, and was respectful of my questions and exasperations, for nearly 2 years and counting. There will be an end to this one day, and Mr. Ognibene has provided ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING legal representation. A legal case is hard, EEO is even harder, federal EEOC is nearly impossible to sustain, however Hoyer Law Group provides competent, complete, supportive, and fair representation!!!
