Dave Hoyer was GREAT! He really helped me with my EEOC case and I would recommend him to anyone as he was so helpful. I had previously contacted 2 other lawyers and they were of no help.

After initial phone contact, sent paperwork requested and set up a second consultation to prepare for a court date. He never answered on the day scheduled. Later he said he would call the next day or the day after. He did neither. Left VM, texts and messages to the office and 3 weeks later still no response. Thankfully we moved on to a different lawyer who was attentive and effective. I would not recommend, very unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! I retained Mr. Franco in 6/2022 for (22DR14297 DIV B). Initially, he was very responsive (when he’s trying to get your retainer). He slowly stumbled his way through the case and contact with him was sporadic at best. Come 12/2022 my child’s mother moved from the state against the Standing Temporary Order. I tried to get ahold of Franco (texts, emails, phone calls) with no response for several weeks. Finally, after several weeks, he decided to respond saying he was out of the country and that I should have received automated replies (never did). At that point I was fed up with his games and hired a new attorney, which Mr. Franco was very quick to respond to when he was removing himself from the case… Weird. My case was then eventually dismissed in 9/2023 after the court found Florida lacked subject matter jurisdiction over the case, due to Franco filing the case approximately 15 days shy of Us residing here for 6 months, which is the legal standard per UCCJEA. Franco knew the situation about use having moved to FL recently. Franco also provided a bogus accounting for his work (I had to file a complaint with the Florida Bar just to have him send me that). My current attorney agreed the amount he billed, did not match the minimal work he did on the case, to have used my entire $3500 retainer. I’m assuming these good reviews were probably persuaded or his final accounting was offered at a discounted rate. So if you wanna waste $3500 for an attorney that will take off when needed and then have the case dismissed because of his incompetence, then Mr. Franco is your guy!!!

Anthony Franco is the BESSTTTTT lawyer in Florida!!!!!! by far the best Man for the job. Almost immediately as I came in to his office, he handled it, very efficient AND DETAILED.
