I’ve known Charlie for years, he’s a client of mine. I’m a fishing guide in Tampa Bay. Charlie has been there to offer advice anytime I’ve needed it. He has also gotten tickets for the ridiculous red light cameras dismissed. Just recently i got a notification in the mail that my drivers license was going to be suspended including a summons for a court date for a red light ticket i didn’t know i even had. I called Charlie sent him a picture of the letter, paid over the phone and 2 days later I’m all clear. Highly recommend the Demosthaneous law firm for anything from a ticket to everything else. When I contacted Charley I was desperate. I live out of state and I had a 2 year-old violation of probation warrant. and I was driving around without a valid license - I couldn't renew it when it expired due to the warrant. The best I hoped for was a reinstatement of probation so I could complete the terms of my sentence - community service, alcohol school, fine. But I was also concerned that I might have to travel to Florida and turn myself in at the jail. Or worse, I would get pulled over, arrested, and extradited to Florida. But Charley presented my circumstances and medical issues to the judge and his honor terminated my probation altogether!! WhooHoo! Now I can get my license back.
