Charley and Maria and his team are the best, I can not say enough good things about his entire team. My case (guardianship) got very messy with a bunch of family drama. They were there for me on literally every step of the process. The entire team is incredible and in this for the right reasons. They’re in Tampa but if you live in the state of Florida and need legal counsel everything is done via zoom and online petitions. If you need legal counsel these are the people you need on your side. I feel so lucky to have found them, crazy part is I told my dads rehab facility the lawyer I was talking to prior to Charley for Medicaid planning and they said you need a real attorney that’s going to get things done and not just try to run up the fees. Charley and his team has made a very stressful situation manageable. The hardest part was spelling his last name on a check to get him paid.
