From the very beginning of my experience with Brigitta Hawkins and her paralegal Elizabeth Quinn it was nothing but kindess and professionalism. For someone with a TBI the time that was taken to help understand the process was invaluable and it was never a problem when I had questions or didn't understand. It was truly in their hands. I chose Bogin, Munns and Munns for my Workers Compensation Settlement case because they seemed to have integrity, at least in advertising. The lawyer assigned to me was a woman named Britta Hawkins. From the first day I met with her, I really liked her. She was confident, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, straight forward, and truthful. She was very clear with me about what steps she would take and what would happen next. She kept me continually updated about the case, what was going on, what was needed/expected, what opposing was doing, and what may or may not happen. At every step of the process I always knew where my case stood. This was a new experience for me as early in my case I had hired another lawyer in order to obtain care I was being denied. That lawyer spoke with me only twice in the 5 months he had my case, the first day I saw him and the day I let him go. Britta was a refreshing change from that experience. From the first day, she worked diligently and fiercely to obtain care I was being illegally denied and force the Worker's Comp. Insurance company to provide the treatment I required. She never gave up. I have never once doubted her honesty or commitment. Her hard work obtained a fair and reasonable settlement for me. She is brilliant, dedicated, honest, ethical, and most of all has incredible integrity. Bogin, Munns, and Munns, should be so thankful they have someone like her working for them. Whatever you pay her she deserves a raise! If you are looking for a lawyer you can trust to do the best job honestly and ethically, then choose Britta Hawkins. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Both Brigitta Hawkins (Esquire) and Elizabeth Quinn (paralegal) are lovely, kind, and highly organized. Brigitta gives excellent "no-nonsense" advice, explains how the legal system works in the specific area you're dealing with in a way that is easily understood, and guides you step-by-step on what information to gather and what is to be expected at meetings, hearings, etc. It was wonderful having Elizabeth to correspond with via e-mail and telephone to let us know of updates and developments with my husband's social security disability case.
