After being denied twice for disability, I contacted Bogin, Munns and Munns, PA, in Titusville. I met with Brigitte Hawkins, Esquire. Ms. Hawkins and her Legal Assistant, Elizabeth Quinn are phenomenal. They are very experienced, responsive and honest. Additionally, very thorough and articulate in gathering information. Ms Hawkins is straight forward and leads you though every twist and turn. Both Ms. Hawkins and Ms. Quinn were very generous with their time and thoughts on my case. Having recently moved to Florida; I was in need of an attorny to assist I was given Ms. Hawkins contact information by an attorney referral service, and was NOT disappointed. She immediately got on the case in order to resolve it and prevent it from going to court. Unfortunately, just a couple of months after moving to Florida, I was hit by a very large truck. that had run a red light. Again, I turned to Ms. Hawkins and Ms. Quinn. My experience with Britta Hawkins, Esq has been a memorable one. I was drawn to her professionalism, kind voice and genuine concern for a situation with my son. At first she informed me that this type of case was not her specialty but she would help if I could not find someone else I felt comfortable with. I phoned her back and after speaking to a few other lawyers and asked for her help. She graciously took charge and followed through to a reasonable outcome to our issue.
