We were in an accident on June 30th of 2019, and were originally told that we had no injuries according to minor x-rays done at IRMC. Still we were hurt and decided to reach out to an attorney locally and see what all our options were and to get second opinions. My husband's friend had used The Law Offices of Keith Bregoff a year or two prior and had said he was phenomenal to work with and was very successful in helping him after his accident he was in. So we reached out and met with Keith shortly after calling his office, he was very quick to to get us in and seen in general to discuss where we stood. He was very clear about what steps we were going to take but his first instructions were to get a second opinion as well as MRI's completed to get a full view of our potential injuries. He recommended a phenomenal chiropractor (Dr. Bryan Douglas at Oceans Chiropractic in Vero Beach) as well as an incredible Neurosurgeon (Dr. Shlifka at Elite Orthopedic). Everyone we have worked with that he recommended has been so genuine and explanatory. Keith has made sure to stay in touch with us and checked in on us throughout the entire process. He has seriously been so excellent to work with. I was injured at level c5-c6 in my neck and I was also injured with two herniations in my lumbar. The other persons insurance tried offering me 15k after we requested the full 100k of their policy due to me needing a fusion in my neck, then they tried offering me 33k, which we again turned down. Keith was able to get them to tender at the 100k after less then a month of negotiating. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know because he truly wants to help the people he works with.
