I will share my last Letter with Keith as a testament to my feelings on his performance Keith > As you have been probably notified, I picked up the envelope and check I have deposited the amount to an isolated account within my bank. I will distribute as necessary if and when bills come in that I can verify that are due and are for the amounts tendered. For those that, if any, chose not to go to my insurance for payment I will negotiate in good faith as you have instructed me. There should be very very few of these if any as you have been very thorough in your handling of my case. I am still waiting on physical confirmation from The Hospital (third attempt) but I am not overly concerned but will continue to pester them and as you know I am very good at that.
