I had absolutely no clue what to expect or anything, but Traci help me and answered all my questions

Engaged this firm due to my dissatisfaction with the previous law firm who was assisting me as trustee of a trust. I am extremely happy with the service I received from every member who I had contact with. They were all extremely knowledgeable. The attorneys at the firm were not only knowledgeable with respect to the law and its application but very practical in the advice they provided. They were truly a great help in navigating a very difficult situation where the trust's beneficiaries were at odds making its administration very difficult and fraught with unusual problems.

Dan has a kind soul. His experience and wealth of knowledge eased my stress. I didn’t know what to expect from getting a DUI. I must have called, emailed and texted Dan with every possible question imaginable. Dan always got back to me in a very timely manner. He walked me through every step - and then some. He made me feel extremely comfortable in court. Dan is very knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. Dan will do what it takes to make sure you are treated fairly.

I’ve had 3 lawyers throughout my lifetime and Dan was the best of them all. I had a VOP case which I missed submitting my payment/report online that was not clear what day I was suppose to report every month and so it turned into a VOP. The state offered the typical 20 days which other inmates in there said that was the normal punishment for any type of VOP. Dan tried to get me out as fast as possible but since it was the weekend he couldn’t get a court date for me till the 5th day. When I went into the court on the 5th day inside the jail, me and Dan plead out. Resulted in time served for 7 days and termination of probation which I asked to be released and continue probation! It was still deferred or whatever you call it to where it will not be a conviction on my record! I’m very pleased, other lawyers told me I will have to spend the 20 days and Dan said no I’ll get you out ASAP! Even though times were tough on money and the assistant told me she will sue for the $500 I owed if I didn’t make the payment when I extended it for a week and needed a couple more days, I still am glad to had Dan as my attorney. If I didn’t have money issues from being a broke college student there would of been 0 problems but understandable that I agreed to pay a certain amount on a schedule. So 5 stars! Thank you Dan!

The revision of our trusts, using the services of Madison Hanna and Beckett Horner, since creating an original document in 2020, was made very easy by the process where my specific questions, stating an Article or Section, were answered in a lengthy and concise manner. There was little need to interpret the answers and where a related question arose, it was quickly dealt with.
