A family friend needed a criminal defense attorney in Martin County. David Golden came highly recommended by multiple attorneys in the area. Mr Golden and his office staff were efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. If you or your loved one needs representation on criminal charges in Martin County, this is your guy! He is honest, thoroughly explains the process and will be successful in getting the best outcome.

Hired them because I had used them in another area of law and they SEEM to be a large reputable firm. Charged me an extremely high rate stating it was not their typical focus of law Attorney was incredibly flakey, couldn't remember my name, called me about other clients cases multiple times; I complained the entire time that I felt like I was getting ripped off and block and scarpa did prorate SOME of the ludicrous amount i paid for sub-par services. Eventually I tried to cut ties with the attorney to seek other avenues but he convinced me to file one final motion that he said would most likely lead to finding in favor of my case. Didn't hear back directly from him for 50+ days until he finally called me inquiring as to trial having completely forgotten about the summary of judgement; AFTER I MADE IT VERY CLEAR I DID NOT DESIRE TO GO TO TRIAL VIA BLOCK AND SCARPA! Took me probably another 30+ days to fire him; I asked an attorney from another area of law to help which he insulted, finally after he got my name wrong FOR THE 100TH TIME I got so freaking mad I had to contact his firm and ask them step in and INSISTED HE WOULD NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN (incorrect) The firm stepped in which seemed OK at first but it took them 2-3 weeks to finalize their withdrawal past the judges hearing of withdrawal. NOW I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT SINCE THEY LEFT ME WITH ONLY 20 DAYS UNTIL TRIAL I CAN NO LONGER SUBMIT EVIDENCE, I CAN NO LONGER CALL WITNESSES AND I ESSENTIALLY WAS LEFT PAST THE DEADLINE OF MULTIPLE OPTIONS I INTENDED TO PURSUE!!! WORST FREAKING SERVICE I COULD IMAGINE, LEFT MY 40K CIVIL COMPLAINT ESSENTIALLY DEAD BEFORE THEY HANDED IT BACK TO ME, BILLED ME FOR 3+ MONTHS WHILE I WAS FIRING THEM(the firm did prorate this after my complaint), STILL TOOK ANOTHER 15K+ FROM ME AFTER THEIR ADJUSTMENTS! ON TOP OF WHICH AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE THE ATTORNEY TRIED CALLING ME, INSULTED ME AND HARASSED ME TEXTING ME 5 TIMES BACK TO BACK DO NOT USE BLOCK AND SCARPA, THEY SEEM GREAT AND IM SURE THEIR GOOD CASES ARE GOOD BUT WHEN THEY MESS UP THE ATTORNEY I HAD TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY, ATTEMPT TO HIDE THE FACT, MADE IT WORSE AND DISRESPECTED ME AFTER THEY FAILED TO ACT!!!

Excellent firm took care of my concerns quickly with some great advice, if I needed them I would be quick to hire them thanks !

First and foremost I want to thank Attorney Keith Bregoff for all he did for me and my son!! I was across the country when I received that dreadful call that my son was in a serious car accident. As I got off the plane and drove back home I was already looking for a local attorney to help us since the driver was driving someone else's vehicle without coverage and uninsured. Attorney Keith was king, compassionate, attentive, knowledgeable and honest. His guidance and wisdom put my mind at ease. Called and left my info on a friday, received a call back and set up a phone appointment for the following Monday. Later that afternoon I received another call from a different lady about setting up an appointment, told her I already had one for Monday and she seemed confused but said ok. Monday comes along...no call, gave them the rest of the week, nothing. Came across as disorganized from the outset, pass.
