I had the pleasure in working with Michael Kisner, Partner - Block & Scarpa, regarding a sensitive legal and HOA issue. Michael was very forthright in explaining the various options and potential outcomes. Being relatively new to Florida, ~ 3 years, I am very fortunate to have found Block & Scarpa and Mr. Michael Kisner.
