My family and I were involved in a somewhat horrid case with my wife's ex. Mr. Jamieson and his staff were simply outstanding. They were honest, realistic, and always had the ability to calm our nerves when they were most frazzled. There was simply nothing that they were not forthcoming about. Moreover, they always provided us all of the information that we needed in the most timely manner imaginable. Their service was first class. Because we were out-of-town clients, they were willing to work with us over phone and on weekends when we could get into town.
He suggested expert witnesses that truly helped our case. He also cared about the welfare of our child above all else. He also respected us, our opinions, and our needs. This was a non-traditional case, so his expertise was absolutely essential. He understood the need of our daughter, developmentally and otherwise. He also understood how to build a very complex case that demonstrated that justice was on our side. Rather than reducing a complex case to the "standard," he and his staff fought hard for us.
Here is the best part: We won everything. His knowledge of case law, use of experts, and professionalism far exceeded that of opposing council. The truth of the matter is that he was simply better prepared and that the cost of that was worth the quality. He provided us with advice that we did not necessarily like and asked us to spend money on the places that were worth it. And the results were worth it! Really nice to have an honest, results-oriented attorney who treated our problem with the seriousness that it deserves! We will continue to use him and HIGHLY recommend him and his practice. His ability to demonstrate that an unconventional case deserved an unconventional judgement truly sold me (and the judge) on the quality of his practice.
He has impacted our lives so much to the positive, I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!

I owe my peace to Mr. Jamieson. He masterfully crafted a Marital Settlement Agreement for me. This legal document served as a catalyst in opening the gates to real communication with my husband. I honestly don’t know where our paths may lead, but I do know I owe the progress we have made to the flawless implementation of the Collaborative Divorce principles Mr. Jamieson provided. His vast knowledge and experience in what is a relatively new approach are priceless. What would have cost me far more money, time and grief, resulted in an unexpectedly positive outcome – bonus! I am grateful to have found this law firm and recommend it without hesitation.

We were so naive when we first entered the legal system. Fortunately Charlie knows what he is doing. He understands how things really work in the judicial system. We had other lawyers just take our money and tell us what we wanted to hear. Charlie's team thoroughly researched our legal situation and gave us the counsel we needed to make good decisions. If we ever have to go back into the legal system again, we want to have Charlie by our side.

I hired him based on reviews. It was mistake. Very unfair work: 1.You will be over charged about 4 times of other attorney charge. 2. While high amount of prenup research fee was charged, preparing for validity was not necessary at all according to Mr. Jamieson himself. He said it will be decided by the judge "Judge's mood of the day".3. After charged over $12,000 even before going to a mediation, Mr. Jamieson seems he started to study about my information the day before mediation. He supposed to have knowledge of amount equal to $12,000 but he requested not just update but most important information he should already have. Also important information were lost. Mr. Jamieson apologized me for paralegal's dispicable work- I should be reimbursed since he admits his fault. Two staff include one attorney quit only in a first few months. 4. Nothing timely: I was in need for urgent temporary support. Mr. Jamieson promised me to file for alimony and informed me that it will be in February but it was filed in the end of May. When I question, response are very late most time. I was shocked when husband attorney was trying to set the date for mediation, Mr. Jamieson's office did not inform me nor wrote husband side back for 13 days. There are tons more complaint about delay. They were even late for due dates for financial affidavit and extended 10 days after already 3 days late. I would not recommend this law office at all. I don't know why he has some good reviews-maybe his friends & family. I was warned by 2 attorneys his over charged work and trying to take time for anything include mediation to be able to charge. I terminated his service before hearing to ask a different attorney to continue.

I was recommended to Nicole by a mutual friend in 2005 and she assisted me in a child custody matter concerning my granddaughter. I have since referred her to friends and used her myself for similar cases, real estate transactions and other legal matters, all of which were resolved better than could be anticipated. The thing I appreciate most about Nicole and that separates her from other attorneys I have used in the past is the fact that she tries to get you to work the matter out with the other party and not have you cut off communication (a tactic commonly used by other attorneys to rack up their bill). She truly cares about helping you come to an amicable resolution. However, this being said she becomes a bulldog if necessary and the case goes to trial.

It seems that I have known David forever. I have retained him over a number of years from time to time and been very happy with the results that he was able to obtain for me. My first experience with him as an attorney many years ago was when my father retained him to pursue a fire damage claim to our family’s seashore summer house in New Jersey. In the offseason, workmen were renovating the interior of the house and, specifically, installing a new kitchen. After they had left for the weekend, a fire started in the house in the middle of the night and there was significant fire damage. David had the moxie to retain the retired Fire Marshall for the City of Philadelphia as an expert witness who confirmed David’s suspicion as to the cause and origin of the fire. Before they had left for the weekend, the workmen had decided to have a party in the living room to celebrate the end of the work week. Along with the empty beer cans, one of the workers inadvertently dropped a lit cigarette inside the living room couch to smolder for several hours resulting in the fire. In proving the origin and burn pattern of the fire, David was able to secure a sizable and unexpected settlement from the insurance carrier for the renovation company.
The latest matter that David handled for me was the administration of the estate of my late mother who owned personal and real property in the States of New Jersey and Florida. His administration of the estate in those separate jurisdictions was seamless. His particular knowledge of New Jersey income tax procedure saved me tens of thousands of dollars that my accountant was prepared to have me hand over to the tax authorities in that State. Even when the Florida estate administration became complicated by the homeowners association action to foreclose on the Florida house for alleged non-payment of HOA fees, David was able to have that matter resolved and dismissed.
He is quite a talent and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am a CPA in the suburban Philadelphia are, and have known David personally for over 50 years and professionally for more than 30 years. If I have a particularly complex estate or trust matter which may or has included fiduciary litigation, income, gift or estate taxation, and has litigation between beneficiaries, creditors or as against the Internal Revenue Service, I have David on my speed dial. Ultimately, these matters are referred to him, and our office has retained him on any number of related files.
Not only a good friend by his deeds, I once had to explain to my father that the reason we were good friends was that he was and is fearless, no matter the adversary in and out of business. So it was no surprise to me when he took on the fifth largest law firm at the time in Philadelphia and beat them representing a contestant in a will contest over a several million dollar estate even though his adversaries had the advantage financially and with a far more extensive staff at their disposal.
I would enthusiastically recommend him to any potential client.
