Attorney Roger Foley is seriously amazing! Was referenced to him by a friend, with no expectation of him going above and beyond like he did for a phone consultation. I contacted Roger Foley on behalf of my son who was facing multiple felony criminal charges. He was very responsive, investigated the charges immediately, and kept me updated on the case for the entire duration. His pricing was in line with other attorneys we contacted. He was hired because my son felt comfortable with him and he felt Roger would work hard for the best outcome for him. He immediately contacted the Prosecutor and started the process. He made us aware of any documentation we would need to better his case and we followed his recommendations. He also continued contact with my son and met with him before hearings and such. He listened to my concerns and what I wanted as the outcome. He was always available and responded quickly in returning calls.The case ended positively after negotiations, with misdemeanor charges and probation. I believe he gave my son the opportunity to get the personal help he needed, while being held accountable for his actions. I was very impressed and would use and recommend Roger to anyone in need of an attorney.

I don’t normally write reviews, and have used lawyers in the past, but I must say Roger Foley is one of the best lawyers I have hired. My son had a DUI and was on probation. While on probation, he got a traffic citation for driving with a suspended license and violation of probation. He was facing 90 days jail time and Mr. Foley was able to get the warrant vacated with no jail time. Stay away from large firms where you speak to one lawyer, then get passed from associate to associate. Roger Foley is a private practice and an excellent criminal defense attorney. Always answers calls, responds to emails and in my son’s case was successful and getting a favorable outcome. P.S. I don't have a google account so this is being written under my office account.
