I contacted Roger regarding an old warrant from a 2003 DUI that I was unaware of until a Background Check for employment. After attempting for months (with no results) to clear this issue on my own I found Roger through a Google search. After a 15-minute consultation I felt confident in Roger’s abilities to resolve this issue without me having to surrender to the court or jail! Roger laid out a very carefully constructed plan and left no detail of how things could go out. Roger working along with Broward County Probation was able to have my warrant dismissed & I was able to move forward with the Job Offer that was on pause while this issue was resolved. I contacted Roger P. Foley because I was charged with illegal lane change and leaving the scene of an accident. I also had to appear In court and I had no idea where to begin . Rodger P. When I contacted Roger P. Foley for legal help I was dealing with an alleged assault/battery charge. I was stressed because this was the first charge I've ever had in my life, but Foley was completely helpful and guided me to understanding the depth of the situation and everything I needed to know. On 6/14/21 I reached out to Attorney Foley for my brother as he was leaving his office. He took my call and listened to what I needed and helped me out with my brother after a warrant had been issued. On or around 6/16/21 he called my brother and found an error and had the warrant lifted.
