When I contacted Roger P. Foley for legal help I was dealing with an alleged assault/battery charge. I was stressed because this was the first charge I've ever had in my life, but Foley was completely helpful and guided me to understanding the depth of the situation and everything I needed to know. He mentioned how much the firm charged but throughout my case he didn't even press it all because he wanted to put all his focus and care into my case. I called a lot of law firms reaching out for help with my case but when it came to attorney Foley he stuck out to me because he helped me feel less ashamed of my actions and shared some of his personal experiences of his own while still letting me understand how cruel the world can be and how careful I need to be. He was very communicative and when he was in court or busy at the time that I would call his office his secretary/receptionist was always so helpful. I always received a call back and it was always the same day or the next but never a week later or so. He kept me updated about my case and helped explain what was going on when I wouldn't understand. The result of my case was that my charges was dismissed. I can't explain how happy I was when I got a call about the good news. All the weight lifted from my shoulders and I have no one else to thank besides attorney Roger P. Foley. On 6/14/21 I reached out to Attorney Foley for my brother as he was leaving his office. He took my call and listened to what I needed and helped me out with my brother after a warrant had been issued. On or around 6/16/21 he called my brother and found an error and had the warrant lifted. Attorney was completely honest from the beginning and even called me and my brother to give us updates on his case. I recommend Attorney Foley to everyone if you need an Attorney.
