I could not be more happy with the services provided by David. He was professional but compassionate and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. His expansive knowledge of the law along with being an excellent communicator-- with me and all involved parties, my case ultimately resulted in the most optimal outcome given the circumstances. I never ever post reviews , but I feel that Mr. Foley not only deserves more Gratitude and Praise then I can truly express by writing this, but I am hoping that someone who may find them selves all of a sudden in situation similar to mine. May you be a loving but flawed parent (So every parent) or a scare first time offender who has never been in any trouble before and is now not only staring down the possibility losing everything that matters (ie: my son, my apartment, my husband, my business, financial stability that I have worked so hard to achieve) but the possibility of jail time as well. I was scared and I felt voiceless and then I am truly the villain I was being made out to be. I didn't understand what I needed to disprove, or prove and it was not being clearly explained and I wasn't being directed as to what I can do to help myself as we progressed. He was the first person to look past all of the false accusations and police/cps verbage and see me for what I was and that was scared, guilt ridden and not only the person being described on paper. He gave me advice on steps to follow and didn't want me to waste my money switching to him as an attorney to face the inevitably same conclusion. Mr. Foley needs to be referred to everyone who is looking for a smart, straight forward compassionate defender. He truly cares about people and I think that character trait is few and far between when it comes to any lawyer especially one with the years of experience he has under his belt, and the true knowledge of the who and how in Palm Beach county courts. Please don't change Mr. Foley the world needs a million more just like you
