My experience working with the firm Shalloway and Shalloway has been very positive and productive with regards to getting my mothers legal business in order. Their staff has been very professional and resourceful at getting her approved for Medicaid. They expedited the approval much quicker than we even expected. Great elder attorneys. They were recommended to me by our family lawyer. They helped me tremendously when Dad died so I could set up Mom’s remaining money. No easy feat. They were very patient and explained everything well. Worth the money for sure. Available for advice whenever I need it. Took a long time, but they got the VETERANS BENEFIT for Mom, which is a Godsend. Thank you Lynn Ugartemendia.
