The worst treatment of SNT disabled beneficiary and incompetent legal guidance of my SNT Trustee who had no experience. Stay away from this law firm. They ignore the beneficiary and refuse to communicate with me. They advised my Trustee incompetently. Shalloway refused to approve a new car due to severe pain. They don't care if a new car will reduce my pain. I have a lot of money in my SNT. They don't care about my suffering due to my severe pain. I paid $5,000 for unlimited help and guidance. Now 3 months later my Trustee Resigned! Shalloway staff waited 2 weeks after it happened!! My Trustee and I were best friends for 14 years. Now she refuses to speak with me. Our friendship is destroyed.

My husband and I found Shalloway and Shalloway to be thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Shalloway explained legal concepts in a way that we could understand, and his staff was always willing to assist us in any way we needed.

I was initially introduced to Shalloway & Shalloway thru a PAP Corps breakfast. Upon hearing some of the assistance they offered I came home, told my husband we needed to make an appointment. We met with them & once we realized how important their services would be for us we signed up. Jodi Jackson was assigned as our account person & has been an invaluable help to us. My husband and I have been dealing with the law firm of Shalloway and Shalloway for some time now. Their honesty and integrity and caring for their clients is what makes our connection with them so pleasant. Even when faced with problems, as so often happens when dealing with the government, their understanding of the situation leads to solutions that help us get desirable results. The staff that we work with is wonderful. Calls are always answered in a timely manner. The person we worked with was Lynn Ugartemendia and we have only the highest praise for her. She was never too busy to return our calls and help us get our papers in order when we were overwhelmed with what was requested . Overall this firm deserves the 5 Star rating we are pleased to give them.

Very professional office! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I knew exactly what paperwork I had to bring in and they explained everything and all my options. My case manager guided me through the applications. My husband was approved for Alzheimer's care and Medicaid very quickly. I could not have navigated through the applications and mountains of paperwork and records required without the staff at Shalloway & Shalloway. Thank you!!!
